⛽️ Fuel Leak in Highland Village: A fuel spill has affected roadways in Highland Village, particularly the eastbound travel lane of Highland Village Road between Highland Shores Boulevard and the I-35E frontage road, as well as parts of Highland Shores Boulevard and nearby neighborhood streets. Cleanup crews are applying sand to absorb the fuel, with a sweeper truck expected to collect it later today.

🤖 Autonomous Delivery Robots Launch: Serve Robotics has officially launched its autonomous sidewalk delivery service in DFW through Uber Eats. These AI-powered robots are operating in Uptown neighborhoods such as Pearl, State Thomas, West Village, and South Routh, serving over 22,000 households. Participating restaurants include Ka Thai and Shake Shack. The robots feature advanced technology for efficient and sustainable food delivery.

🏠️ New Rental Communities: Tricon Residential has completed two new build-to-rent communities in Texas, including Tricon Trinity Falls in McKinney (DFW area). These communities offer single-family rental homes with modern amenities like fenced backyards and two-car garages. This reflects strong demand for rental housing in DFW despite a slight cooling compared to last year.

🧜‍♀️ Disney's The Little Mermaid: The musical is showing at Casa Mañana Theatre until April 6. It features classic Disney songs and is suitable for all audiences.

🐷 Peppa Pig Theme Park: Located in North Richland Hills, this park remains a popular attraction for families with young children.
